Support and commercial inquiries
Write to support@sendiro.app for support, privacy, complaints or abuse reports. Identify the request type in the subject to help route it. For service and commercial inquiries, use sales@sendiro.app.
Provide a descriptive subject, a reply address and, if you are a customer, your workspace identifier and steps that explain the issue. You may write in Spanish or English. Beta support has no guaranteed response time; this does not alter statutory deadlines for rights requests or complaints.
Personal data requests
If you are a Sendiro user, you may request information, access, correction, erasure or other rights available under applicable law. Explain your relationship with the service, the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate the request. Identity checks may be requested proportionately to risk without requiring excessive documentation.
If you received email from a business using Sendiro, that business normally decides why your data is used. You may contact the sender or use the message’s unsubscribe option to stop its marketing. You may also write to us: we will help identify the responsible party and handle the request within our role as a provider. This does not replace rights you may exercise directly with Sendiro for its own processing.
An unsubscribe, profile deletion and workspace closure are different actions. Limited information may be retained where necessary to honor an unsubscribe, meet a legal obligation or handle a complaint. See Privacy and the DPA for roles and limitations.
Report spam, impersonation or abuse
Send support the email subject, approximate date, visible sender and message identifier if available. Full headers or an .eml file may help verify the source. Explain whether you never authorized the email, an unsubscribe was ignored or you suspect impersonation.
You may report abuse without a Sendiro account. Review may include verifying the source, requesting evidence from the customer and applying containment, limits or suspension under the anti-spam policy. The abuse channel does not require you to contact the sender first. You can also use the message’s unsubscribe option to stop their marketing; you do not need to justify your decision.
Avoid forwarding unnecessary sensitive information about other people. Do not open suspicious links or download attachments to prepare a report. Do not include passwords, API keys, tokens, payment data or identity documents in the message. If a header contains a secret, explain that and redact its value.
Security, billing and complaints
If you discover a possible vulnerability, write with the subject “Security” and explain the impact and limited reproduction steps. Do not access other people’s data or disrupt the service to demonstrate it. This channel does not authorize invasive testing.
For payment discrepancies, see Billing and share only the operation identifier, date and amount. For other complaints, explain the outcome you seek and keep the correspondence. Using this channel does not limit your right to approach the relevant administrative or judicial authorities.
