Getting started

Your workspace brings together the resources your team uses to prepare and send email: members, brand, images, email designs and integrations. Marketing and Transactional share these resources while keeping separate plans and sending allowances.

This guide starts after onboarding. It explains how to organize work inside your workspace and what to check before sending.

Check your workspace

Check the workspace name before editing resources or inviting someone. Each workspace has its own data and permissions: membership in one does not grant access to another.

Return to the workspace selector to open a different one. Under Settings → Workspace, you can find its name, identifier, your role, and member and invitation counts. The identifier helps when connecting an integration or investigating an issue with your team.

Prepare your email identity

Start with Brand: add your organization, logo, colors and corporate footer. These values provide the starting point for new visual email designs.

Next, review Senders and domains. The sender determines the address shown as the email’s origin; changing a logo or brand does not verify that address.

Upload reusable images to the media library and create a email design. Save the draft, review its preview and publish the version you intend to use.

Organize access

Invite each person with the access they need. A member can work with resources and campaigns; an administrator can manage shared settings; an owner can also manage billing.

Use Members and permissions to choose a role. To connect another application, create an integration and API key rather than sharing your personal session.

Check capacity before sending

Under Settings → Billing, review each product’s assignment. Under Settings → Usage, check what is used, reserved and available. Being able to open the editor does not mean sending is enabled.

Free allows content tests to authorized Contacts with a separate allowance; commercial sends and automation activation require paid Marketing. The email transport and billing available for testing have limits described in Plans, billing and usage.

After sending, inspect the outcome through the API using the Email activity guide. If a step does not work, start with Troubleshooting.
