Getting started
Marketing organizes work from contact profiles through broadcasts and automated journeys. Resources belong to the selected workspace and the team uses its current permissions.
Prepare shared resources
Configure brand, senders and email designs. Save and publish the message you want to use. Check sender authorization for your sending environment.
Free supports resource creation within its limits and content tests to authorized contacts. Launching or scheduling broadcasts and activating automations require paid Marketing and current capacity. See plans and usage.
Build your audience
- Create or import contacts and review their data.
- Manage Marketing consent separately. Creating a profile does not subscribe it.
- Create an audience using assignments or conditions.
- Evaluate the audience and inspect its generation before using it in a broadcast.
Audience membership organizes profiles; it does not guarantee every member can receive email. Sending checks active contact status, subscription, suppression, address, sender and capacity.
Choose how to communicate
A broadcast sends a published design to a particular audience generation, immediately or at a future time. An automation responds to triggers and guides each contact through actions, conditions and waits.
Test content and personalization data before launch. Tests do not activate commercial journeys or certify their timing.
Review results
Use analytics for aggregate results and the API to inspect individual messages. Accepted, submitted to the provider and delivered are separate stages. If work stops, follow troubleshooting.
