Permission before sending

Sendiro requires recipients to have expressly requested the kind of email they will receive. This service condition applies even when a law permits certain messages without prior consent. Keep verifiable evidence tied to the recipient address: source, date, affirmative action, scope of permission and the notice text or version presented. Permission for one purpose or sender does not authorize others. Do not send a campaign to ask for permission from people who have not already given it.

New Marketing subscription requests through Sendiro require the recipient to confirm the link sent to their address before becoming subscribed. Permission collected outside Sendiro may be recorded through authorized mechanisms when supported by sufficient evidence; these imports are reserved for permission already established and documented and do not include a new confirmation by Sendiro. Creating a contact, authorizing an address for tests or importing profiles does not subscribe their owners to marketing.

Purchased, rented, exchanged and scraped lists, including addresses extracted from directories, are prohibited. Unsolicited email prospecting is also prohibited, including individual and business-to-business outreach. A public address, business card, earlier purchase or business relationship does not replace the permission Sendiro requires.

Identity and content

Use only domains and addresses you control or are authorized to use. Technical verification does not grant trademark rights. Names, headers, subjects and links must accurately identify the source and purpose of each message. Maintain a valid sender contact channel and do not hide the sender’s identity through deceptive names, redirects or impersonation.

Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, threats, exploitation, harassment, unlawful content or infringement of other people’s rights. Do not collect credentials deceptively, distribute malicious files or mislead recipients about whom they are communicating with. Do not access other people’s accounts, bypass controls, probe vulnerabilities without authorization or overload systems.

Marketing, unsubscribes and transactional messages

Commercial messages must identify the advertiser and their promotional purpose, include a valid postal address and offer a visible, free and straightforward way to stop all their marketing. Keep unsubscribe mechanisms working for the applicable statutory period. Honor requests without delay, including those received by email reply or support, and stop marketing within the requested scope. Do not require a login, payment or unnecessary additional information to process an unsubscribe.

Do not remove or interfere with the product’s unsubscribe features or recreate contacts to evade them. An unsubscribe prevents future marketing within the requested scope; it does not necessarily cancel essential operational communications. Do not label advertising as transactional to avoid permission, unsubscribes or limits. When combining content, assess the message’s actual purpose.

Bounces, complaints and controls

Respect suppressions, blocks and restrictions resulting from permanent bounces or complaints. Do not reimport addresses or change workspaces, domains or accounts to bypass them. Review quality signals and stop campaigns when problems appear; no percentage makes an inappropriate message permissible.

Before enabling sending or during service use, Sendiro may review the customer’s identity and activity, intended use, sample messages, volumes, list provenance and permission evidence. It may also limit volumes, pause messages or suspend access according to risk. Cooperate and provide truthful information when requested; withholding it or presenting false evidence may justify denial or suspension of service.

Review must be limited to what is necessary and follow the privacy terms. Technical controls and reviews do not replace customer obligations or guarantee detection of all abuse. Advance review of every campaign is not guaranteed. Paying for a plan does not remove restrictions or authorize sending that is incompatible with this policy.

Reports and review

Report suspected spam or misuse through Contact and abuse. Include the message or its headers and an explanation; avoid passwords and other secrets. The person responsible for a restricted workspace may request a review and provide list provenance and corrective measures. Restrictions needed to protect recipients and providers may remain during that assessment.
