Media library
The media library stores workspace images and logos. Reuse them from Brand and the visual email design editor without uploading a new copy each time.
Open Settings → Media. Permissions distinguish browsing/selecting and copying URLs, uploading, organizing —renaming, archiving and restoring— and deleting files. Content can browse and upload; Marketing and Administration can also organize. Deleting shared files requires explicit authorization. Design and Brand pickers use the same capabilities; editing the destination does not grant Media deletion.
Upload an image
Drag files into the upload area or open the file picker. Supported formats are PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF. SVG files are not supported.
Wait for the upload and confirmation to finish before selecting the image. Sendiro checks the file and available capacity; the extension alone does not guarantee a valid image.
The effective limit depends on the workspace’s current products and never exceeds 5,000,000 bytes per file. An image with very large dimensions or a complex animation can also be rejected even when its file is within that limit.
Find and reuse files
Search by name and filter by format and date. Sort by date, name or size, and switch between the library’s available views.
Open an image to inspect its preview and details. You can rename it, copy its URL, or select it when using the library as a picker.
Image URLs are intended for email display: anyone with the URL can open the file. Removing library access does not make known URLs private. Use this library for publishable material, not private documents or secrets.
An issued upload grant may continue to allow the staging transfer until it expires. Completion and publication check current permissions again. Removing a permission does not promise to stop an ongoing transfer immediately. Retaining an authorized reference while saving unrelated changes does not require regaining library access; adding a new reference requires Media read and destination editing permission.
Archive without breaking emails
Archiving removes an image from the usual pickers while retaining its file and URL. Find it with the Archived filter and restore it when needed.
Archived files still use storage. Archive an image when it should no longer be offered for new designs but must remain visible in existing emails or email designs.
Delete only unused files
Deletion removes the file and its public URL, and requires confirmation. Sendiro blocks deletion when saved references exist in Brand, drafts, publications or emails.
Removing an image from a draft does not remove references from published versions or existing sends. Archive an image that remains in use.
If an upload fails, use the available retry action. A pending reservation can temporarily count as reserved storage; starting more uploads will not release it. See Troubleshooting if the problem persists.
